I went to the gym tonight with every intention of NOT running. I was just going to do an hour of cardio and some strength training. One of my reasons for not running tonight was that im moving tomorrow and didn't want to be sore when going up and down the stairs a thousand times. Well, i kept thinking while on the treadmill i know i can beat this week 4! So i gave it a try. This time instead of looking down at the time i looked up and focused more on my breathing and i was able to knock week 4 day 2 out! yay! I think on Monday i will do day 3 then move onto week 5 :)
