Tonight is the first time ive had a rough time with this program. I had a lot of things against me tonight. I usually work out first thing in the morning before my body is tired and before i eat but i went to the gym tonight instead of the morning. Tonight i was physically tired from work and i was still full from dinner. The first 3 minute run and the first 5 minute run i did ok. During the second 3 minute run i had terrible stomach pain from being so full from dinner. I stopped a little shy of the 3 minutes and walked it off. I then finished the last 5 minute run. It was tough. I found myself thinking why am i doing this? I don't even like running! I love bikeing, elliptical, walking, weights, but running? yuck! My legs are fine when im running. They dont hurt. But my breathing is labored and my heart rate is very high. I want to keep running just to say i can run but im not sure why i should keep doing it if i dont enjoy. Ah, well see how the rest of the week goes.
