Why i started a blog...

I have always enjoyed exercising & trying to get healthy and stay healthy, but until 2 weeks ago i was never interested in running. My sister has ran a 5k and asked me if i would do one with her. At first i thought no way i hate running, but then i found the couch 2 5k program. Its a 9 week program that eases you into running and by the end of the 9 weeks has you running 3 miles. Tomorrow i finish up week 2 of the program. Ive been on vacation this week so my eating has been terrible but i have kept up with the running. Next week i plan on posting about my exercise plan as well as my diet. I will also post pictures as i get thinner and thinner :-) I started this blog really for myself but if other people enjoy reading it than fabulous :)
