Done with week 3!

Whew, week 3 is done! I had another good workout this morning. Did my run, bike, and upper body strength training.

Still today that last 3 minute run was rough. I just felt so out of breath. Im a little anxious about next week starting week 4. I think i may have to slow down my pace a bit to be able to finish the runs. I know people say its all mental but when im about to die because i cant breathe thats pretty physical, lol. So, well see how it goes :)

  1. Congrats on completing week 3!!! I will be doing week 3 over again next week I am not able to finish it mainly due to my shins. But I will finish it next week I hope
