Week 3 Day 1.

So this morning i hit the gym and was excited about starting week 3. All in all it went well. My last 3 minute run i was tired but pushed through to the end. I think i need to increase my speed though because im only getting in about 2 miles total walking and running. Doesnt seem right. Anybody have any input on that?

  1. from what I have read it is running for 30 minutes or running for a 5K not both. I did my run today and almost skipped it due to rain we had but I didnt. I didnt know how I could do the 3 minutes but I did!!!! Good luck!

  2. Maybe i should start running for distance then.
    Good job on your run! Looking ahead at like week 5 makes me nervous with the 20 minute runs! ah! Guess i will cross that road when it comes :)

  4. Thanks Brandy. I have just been following my podcast cues when to run, walk, etc, but i guess i need to just start looking at my distance.
