Today i felt good about my run. I even stepped up my pace. The last 3 minute run i was a bit out of breath but other than that it felt good. I also did the elliptical and weights as well. Good work out today.
Awesome! Such an inspiration! I started week 2 today, and I'm this close to going out again and running, to burn off some frustrations, but I'm afraid I'll injure myself. We'll see. May just clean the house instead! LOL! KUDOS TO YOU!!
Hey Rachel, you are doing really great. I have my W3D3 tomorrow morning and really looking forward to it. I too am finding the last 3 minutes a bit tough but it seems to be getting better. I see your doing weights aswell. I swim every second day but think I may need weights. Let me know if you are noticing any difference. Keep up the great work.
Thanks Brandy and Pat. Pat, i will do W3D3 tomorrow as well. I will let you know if the weights help. My legs are pretty stong but my upper body is weak. So i am doing weights to hopefully gain strength in my upper body.
I am 27 years old and i work as a full time nanny. Through my sisters prompting I have decided to start training for a 5k.(3mile run)I wanted to keep track of things such as my training,eating,etc, so I decided to blog about it.
